Free Will making service

You can indicate the Trustee of your Will and control over any investments, savings or life insurance monies, desired distribution of those monies to family members, location of your superannuation funds and share holdings, and also indicate chosen guardianship of your children if they are under 18.

As an example we have chosen the Public Trustee to act as our Trustee (for a small yearly fee) and control conservative investment of our life insurance monies paying monthly cash allowances for provision of our children to their Guardians. This ensures they have money every month to provide for their lifestyle, education and food costs. When our girls turn 18 they then receive those payments directly and at 21 receive full payment of the remaining life insurance monies. All of this is tailorable to your preferences. It’s a great way to ensure your children have what they need if you pass away too soon in their life.
