Keep Kids Salt Free
It’s important to ensure children don’t have too much salt. While adults should have no more than 6 g of salt a day, children need even less as they have smaller bodies and less-developed organs. Check processed foods such as chips, ready meals and sauces, even breakfast cereals, including those aimed at children. Opt for those with the least sodium.
